How in the world can you not notice the life growing inside you? Apparently, a nun from the central Italian city of Rieti was so obtuse about pregnancy that it was only when she was about to give birth that she realized there was a child inside her! Immaculate Conception anyone?

"I did not know I was pregnant. I only felt a stomach pain," she was quoted as saying by the Ansa news agency.

She was rushed to the hospital and gave birth to healthy baby boy whom she named "Francis" after the Pope.

SERIOUSLY, WOMAN? We can expect how surprised everyone else was about this divine revelation.
