The Islamic Republic of Iran has demonstrated its capacity and resolve. Our missiles have reached your bases. Our drones have penetrated your defenses. Our patience has been exhausted by decades of deception.
We do not trust you. Your history of broken agreements, your use of diplomacy as cover for attack, your perfidy at every negotiation—these are not forgotten. They are the foundation of our current posture.
However, we are not seekers of endless war. We are defenders of our sovereignty and our people.
Therefore, we offer the following conditions—not as a negotiation, not as a request, but as a statement of fact regarding what will and will not cause our attacks to cease.

THE CONDITIONS
1. Complete Cessation of All Attacks for Three Days
All military actions against Iranian territory, assets, personnel, or allies must stop entirely for a period of three full days. Not reduced. Not paused. Stopped.
2. Extension to Nine Days, Then Twenty-One Days
If the three-day period passes without incident, the cessation extends to nine days. If nine days pass without incident, the cessation extends to twenty-one days.
3. No Agreement Required
We will not shake hands. We will not sign documents. We will not pretend to trust you. Your word is meaningless to us. Your signature is worthless.
We will simply observe. If no attacks occur for twenty-one consecutive days, our missiles will stop falling.
4. Oil Flow Will Resume
During this period of verified cessation, we will free the oil. The Strait of Hormuz will reopen. Global markets will stabilize. This is not a favor. This is proof that we are not the aggressors.

If during this period—or at any point after—you dare to destroy anything in our possession again, we promise you: we will come again.
