Peace is the priority • from the inside, than the out. Refuse to project false happiness, work to embody the real thing instead.
Meditation for me is like hitting the restart button for my mind. It centers me (bringing me back to the present moment), it calms me (eliminating any restless energy), and
it gives me clarity so that I’m reconnected with the “I AM” presence inside of me (the creator of all things). ~
Everyone could use a little meditation in their day. 🌱
