Apparently, the head of the entire Christian Catholic religion is a fan of soccer. Not just any team though. He is steadfastly loyal to the San Lorenzo soccer club in his hometown and is actually an active member of the club. As proof of that, he really pays his monthly bills on time.

So in between organizing huge religious events and addressing so many believers, we get to have a glimpse of the Pope's other side of life: a sports fanatic. Every man can't seem to resist it.
