A cake perfect for the holidays.

Ingredients

• 29 oz canned pumpkin
• 1 c white sugar
• 3 eggs
• 12 oz can evaporated milk
• 3 t cinnamon
• 1 t salt
• 1 18.25 oz pkg dry yellow cake mix
• 1 c. chopped pecans
• 1 c. melted butter or margarine

Steps

1. Mix together first 6 ingredients. Pour into a lightly greased 9x13 pan. Top with next 2 ingredients. Drizzle the melted butter over dry cake mix and pecans.
2. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
