A different take on Cherry Cheesecake-this delicious version has marshmallows!
Ingredients
- 1 can cherry pie filling
- 1/2 cu. butter
- 16 oz. sour cream
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 16 oz. marshmallows
- 2 regular size graham cracker pie crusts ( save plastic as cover)
Steps
- In med-large bowl, mix together sour cream and cream cheese until smooth and set aside.
- On stove top, butter and mix in marshmallows a little at a time until smooth. Quickly add marshmallow mix into the sour cream/cream cheese mix and then quickly mix those together.
- Pour equal amounts of cheesecake into each of the ready pie crusts. Cover the pies with the plastic lid that you you saved. Place in fridge overnight.
