A different take on Cherry Cheesecake-this delicious version has marshmallows!
1 can cherry pie filling
1/2 cu. butter
16 oz. sour cream
8 oz. cream cheese
16 oz. marshmallows
2 regular size graham cracker pie crusts ( save plastic as cover)
In med-large bowl, mix together sour cream and cream cheese until smooth and set aside.
On stove top, butter and mix in marshmallows a little at a time until smooth. Quickly add marshmallow mix into the sour cream/cream cheese mix and then quickly mix those together.
Pour equal amounts of cheesecake into each of the ready pie crusts. Cover the pies with the plastic lid that you you saved. Place in fridge overnight.
Once pie is firm, top with cherry pie filling.
