These fun, festive, little Santas are so cute and are easy enough for the whole family to pitch in and help. Make them a tradition every year in your family. Your holiday guests will "eat them up"!
1 lb. large strawberries
1- 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
3-4 tbl. powdered sugar (
1 tsp . pure vanilla extract
Your choice of how to decorate.
Rinse strawberries, cut around the top of the strawberry. Remove the top, enough for a hat. Clean out the whole strawberry with a paring knife, if necessary. Prep all of the strawberries and set aside.
In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until creamy. Add cream cheese mix to a piping bag or Ziploc bag with the corner snipped off. Fill the strawberries with the cheesecake mixture. Once strawberries are filled, top with the hats. Decorate according to photo.
If not serving immediately, refrigerate until serving.
