Description
A simple and refreshing summertime drink that won't dissapoint!
Ingredients
- 3 large, ripe peaches, pitted, sliced
- 1 pint of raspberries
- 1.5 liter bottle Carlo Rossi White Zinfandel
- 1 liter of seltzer, chilled
- 2 whole mint sprigs
Steps
- Place peaches and raspberries in a large pitcher. Pour in White Zinfandel. Let stand at room temperature about 1 hour. Before serving, add seltzer and mint sprigs. Serve in wine glasses over ice.
