This easy pound cake recipe is so delicious it will become your go-to recipe in the future when you host gatherings or need to bring a dish to one. If you have left-overs, it freezes well. You can rewarm slices in the microwave or toaster and then serve
Ingredients
- 8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
- 1 stick butter (softened)
- 2 sticks margarine (softened)
- 3 cu. sugar
- 3 cu. cake flour, sifted after measuring
- 6 jumbo eggs
Steps
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
- Cream butter, margarine, and cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and beat until light and fluffy. Sift cake flour. Alternate adding eggs and flour beating well after each addition.
- Grease and flour a Bundt pan or two loaf pans. Bake for 1 hour 45 minutes.
