Apple Bacon Coleslaw

Description

Dress up your boring coleslaw with the wonderful flavors of honey, orange juice, scallions and bacon! It will become your favorite coleslaw after just one bite.

Ingredients

1/4 cu. cider vinegar
1 cu. mayonnaise
1/3 cup.honey
2 tsp. kosher salt
1/4 cu. pulp free orange juice
juice from 1/2 fresh lemon
1 tsp. ground black pepper
1 small Fennel, shredded
1 medium cabbage, cored, shredded
1/2 pack of bacon, crispm then broken up into small pieces
1 bunch scallions, thinly sliced
1/2 cu. finely minced parsley leaves, optional
4 firm apples, peeled, cored and shredded
