Make these cookies when you are hungry for S'Mores but can't make them the typical way. These can be made in advance and kept in an air-tight container so you can enjoy them any time, anywhere!
1 refrigerated pie crust
4.4 oz. Hershey's Extra Large Milk Chocolate Bar
2 c. mini-marshmallows
1 egg white, beaten
pinch of flour
graham cracker crumbs-optional
Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a large baking sheet.
Unroll pie crust onto a lightly floured surface and cut into rectangles. Knead and roll the scraps to cut out more rectangles.
Break chocolate bar into segments. Put 3 chocolate bar segments and about 10 mini-marshmallows on a rectangle of dough. Sprinkle a little of the graham cracker crumbs. Top with another rectangle. Roll edges then crimp with a fork.
Place on baking sheet, brush with egg white and bake at 375°F for 14-17 minutes.
Allow to cool a few minutes. Enjoy!
