Description

An easy, flavorful pasta salad.

Ingredients

• 1 c. chopped green pepper
• 1 c. chopped green onions
• 1 c. chopped celery
• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
• 2 T. Beau Monde Seasoning
• 1 1/2 t. garlic powder
• 2 t. salt
• 12 oz. vermicelli
• 2 T. olive oil
• 2 t. Acent
• 2 T. fresh lemon juice
• 1 t. pepper

Steps

1. Boil pasta in water with olive oil. Drain and put in bowl. Mix in mayo and spices, add chopped veggies. Mix. Refrigerate, if possible, overnight. Serve cold.
