An easy, flavorful pasta salad.
1 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. chopped green onions
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 T. Beau Monde Seasoning
1 1/2 t. garlic powder
2 t. salt
12 oz. vermicelli
2 T. olive oil
2 t. Acent
2 T. fresh lemon juice
1 t. pepper
Boil pasta in water with olive oil. Drain and put in bowl. Mix in mayo and spices, add chopped veggies. Mix. Refrigerate, if possible, overnight. Serve cold.
