Enjoy all the goodness of a pecan pie without the fuss and bother of making a pie. These are quick and easy to make because the crust is made from crescent rolls, so you can have these made in no time!
1 can crescent rolls, without the seams, if possible
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. light corn syrup
2 T. butter, melted
1 t. vanilla
1 egg, beaten
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Unroll dough and press in bottom and 1/2 inch up sides of a 9x13-inch pan. Firmly press perforations to seal. Bake 8 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, mix remaining ingredients. Pour filling over partially baked crust. Bake 18 to 22 minutes longer or until golden brown.
Cool completely, about 1 hour, and cut into bars.
