A different way to eat your veggies!
2 cucumbers
1/4 to 1/2 cup sugar
Vinegar
Water
Oil
Clean and peel the cucumbers. Slice them and cut into bite sized pieces. Place in a bowl. Pour the sugar into a coffee mug and add vinegar up to the top of the sugar. Add a small amount of water and then oil to your taste. Stir with a fork. Add salt and pepper. Pour over the cucumbers and mix.
