Ingredients

• 2 c. confectioners' sugar
• 1 c. canned pumpkin
• 1/2 c. sour cream
• 1 t. ground cinnamon
• 1 t. pumpkin pie spice
• 1/2 t. ground ginger
• Gingersnap cookies, graham crackers or fruit slices

Steps

1. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and confectioners' sugar until smooth. Beat in the pumpkin, sour cream, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice and ginger until blended.
2. Serve with gingersnaps, graham crackers or fruit slices. Refrigerate leftovers.
3. Makes 4 cups.
