Even those who do not like brussel sprouts will love the nutty taste of this side dish!
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 t butter
1 lb. brussel sprouts - sliced thin
1/3 c. chicken broth
1T sugar
3 T toasted pecans
Sauté onion in butter until tender.
Add brussel sprouts and cook for 2 minutes.
Add broth, sugar, and salt.
Cover and cook for z3 min.
Sprinkle with toasted pecans.
