A delicious, healthy salad with a Mediterranean flair.
6 c. mixed salad greens, torn
3 c. seeded watermelon, cubed
1/3 c. feta, crumbled
1 T. olive oil
1/2 c. onion, sliced
black pepper, cracked
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients except for oil and pepper. Toss salad mixture with oil just before serving. Top with pepper.
