Description

This is the perfect easy dessert to serve for July 4th, summer pool parties or gatherings. It can be tailored to the size that you need just by using more of the ingredients.

Ingredients

• 12 ice cream sandwiches
• chocolate syrup or Magic Shell (or both)
• caramel syrup
• 8 oz. Cool Whip or homemade whipped cream

Steps

1. Quickly remove wrappers from ice cream sandwiches because the ice cream will melt fast. Place 3 ice cream sandwiches down side by side on a cake platter. Drizzle with chocolate syrup and caramel.
2. Lay another layer of 3 ice cream sandwiches on top going in the opposite direction.
3. Drizzle with more chocolate syrup and caramel. Repeat 2 more times until it's 4 layers high.
