Description

Make an easy, tasty cocktail using a bottle of Sparkling Ice, white rum and pineapple juice.

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 oz. white rum
• 3 oz. pineapple juice
• ice
• 3 oz. Sparkling Ice Coconut Pineapple
• slice of fresh pineapple and pinch of nutmeg, optional garnish

Steps

1. Add white rum and pineapple juice to a shaker; add ice; shake or stir; strain into a chilled old-fashioned glass. Top with Sparkling Ice Coconut Pineapple. Garnish with a pinch of nutmeg and a slice of fresh pineapple.
