This fudge recipe is simple to make. All you need is 4 ingredients to make it in the microwave. It's a beautiful, fun and festive treat to serve or gift during the holidays .
3 c. white chocolate chips, divided
14 oz. sweetened condensed milk, divided
red gel food coloring
green gel food coloring
Line a 9x9 inch pan with parchment paper; spray with non-stick cooking spray.
Add 1 c. white chocolate chips to 3 separate microwave safe bowls. Add 6 T. sweetened condensed milk to each bowl. Stir with a rubber spatula or a spoon.
Add 1/2 t. red gel food coloring to one of the bowls. And 1/2 t. green red gel food coloring to the second bowl. Stir. Leave the third bowl white.
Microwave one bowl for 30 seconds; stir for 30 seconds, trying and get the mixture totally smooth. Microwave for another 15 seconds if needed to get it totally smooth.
Repeat with the 2 remaining bowls.
Drop heaping tablespoons of each fudge mixture in the bottom of the prepared pan, creating a random pattern, until all the fudge is used.
Swirl the fudge with a butter knife to create a marbled design, starting top to bottom, then left to right. Repeat as needed.
Refrigerate until set, about 2 to 3 hours.
Carefully remove the fudge from the pan. Cut fudge into pieces.
Store fudge in the refrigerator in a zip bag or airtight container with a lid.
