It's official! After weeks of speculation, Us Weekly reports that the two are officially an item. Apparently, T-Swift, Gomez's pal, was the one who set up the two to meet. As for those opposed to their age gap (Mahone is only 17 while Gomez is 21), we can't really say anything about that either.
