It's one big honor to be a member of SI's Dream Team, which consisted of Ireland, Elle MacPherson, and Rachel Hunter back in 1994. The 50 year old model still look striking just as she did during SI's 25th anniversary photo shoot where she posed wearin a yellow bikini.
