Talk about sheer stupidity or over-confidence.

21 year-old motorist, Emma Way allegedly hit a cyclist in Norwich and had the gall to tweet it.

“Definitely knocked a cyclist off his bike earlier—I have right of way he doesn’t even pay road tax! #bloodycyclists ,” she tweeted.

Her admission was retweeted so many times and had even garnered the attention of the local police. There's now an investigation going on and if charges are pressed then Ms. Way is in deep waters.

She has apologized publicly and has deleted her tweeter account.
