Spawning 7 books (not counting the companion books), 8 record-breaking films, an amusement park, a fandom with millions of fans and a brand worth of about 15 billion dollars, Harry Potter is the most successful franchise of all time.

Because of this entire franchise, its author, J.K. Rowling, is the first and only billionaire author in the world. The film has garnered billions of dollars and is the number 1 movie series to do so.

Along with that comes fame and instant celebrity status to its cast. Primary child stars, Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson, Rupert Grint and Tom Felton might all have grown up, but we can still see the little kids who made the film franchise of Harry Potter a success too.
