Think about a time when you were confronted by an unpleasing situation and how far you’ve come because of it. Did it make you a better person? Did you learn from your mistakes? Did it teach you a valuable lesson? Did it add value to your life? If you didn’t learn anything from it than maybe you need to do some reflecting.
