Today I inaugurates the 27th ICOM General Conference (ICOM Dubai 2025) in the presence of my sister Her Highness Sheikha Latifa bint Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Chairperson of Dubai Culture and Arts Authority (Dubai Culture). Held for the first time in the Middle East, Africa, and South Asia, the event gathers over 4,500 museum professionals and cultural leaders, underscoring Dubai's position as a global hub for culture and creativity.
