Hoping to ensure international box office success, Tom Cruise attended the premiere of "Oblivion" in Dublin, Ireland on Wednesday (4/3/2013).

Tom Cruise from "Mission Impossible" smiled brightly in a dark gray suit, checked shirt, and gray tie as he posed for pics on the red carpet.

While in the city, Tom was recognized for his newly-researched Irish roots by Tanaiste and Foreign Affairs Minister Eamon Gilmore.

At the ceremony, Tom shared, "I'm very proud to be Irish. It's wonderful. A great honor for me and I think for my whole family. I can't wait to bring it back to them and also enlighten them on their history."
