Stepping out to show off his latest film, Tom Cruise was on hand for the premiere of “Oblivion” in Taipei, Taiwan on Saturday (4/6/2013).

Waving to the throng of screaming fans that surrounded him, the 50-year-old hunk donned jeans and a leather jacket for the festivities.

The sci-fi film follows a veteran assigned to extract Earth's remaining resources, who begins to question what he knows about his mission and himself.

Also starring Morgan Freeman and Olga Kurylenko, “Oblivion” will debut in theaters nationwide on Friday, April 19.
