Michael Jackson been out of the limelight for quite some time, but Wade Robson is back in the press after accusing the late Michael Jackson of molesting him when he was a child.

The celebrity choreographer filed legal documents stating that the King of Pop sexually abused him during sleepovers at the Neverland Ranch and now he’s looking for financial compensation.

However, Jacko’s estate isn’t buying it- attorney Howard Weitzman told TMZ that this will be an open-and-shut case.

"Mr. Robson's claim is outrageous and pathetic. This is a young man who has testified at least twice under oath over the past 20 years and said in numerous interviews that Michael Jackson never did anything inappropriate to him or with him."

"Now, nearly 4 years after Michael has passed, this sad and less than credible claim has been made. We are confident that the court will see this for what it is."
