📝 Daily Article
There are moments when life makes you question your own strength.
You may look at everything happening around you and think, “I don't know if I can handle this.”
But remember how many difficult days you have already survived.
There were moments you thought would break you, yet you continued.
There were days you felt discouraged, yet you got up again.
There were situations you didn't understand, yet you kept moving forward.
That doesn't mean everything was easy.
It means you discovered strength along the way.
You don't have to feel strong every moment to keep going.
Sometimes strength looks like getting out of bed.
Sometimes it looks like trying again.
Sometimes it looks like asking for help.
Sometimes it looks like praying when you don't have the words.
And sometimes strength simply means refusing to give up.
❤️ “I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.” — Philippians 4:13
Your strength doesn't have to come from believing that you can do everything alone.
Trust God.
Take today's step.
And remember:
You may be stronger than you think. 🌱
🙏 TODAY'S PRAYER — Prayer for Strength and Courage
Heavenly Father,
Thank You for giving us strength for each new day.
When we feel weak, remind us that we can come to You.
When fear makes us want to stop, give us courage.
When disappointment makes us question ourselves, help us remember the progress we have already made.
Holy Spirit, guide our hearts, thoughts, decisions and actions.
Give us wisdom to know when to move forward, patience when we must wait, and humility to ask for help when we need it.
Help us not to give up on the good work You have placed before us.
Strengthen our faith and teach us to face each day with courage, love and hope.
In Jesus Christ's name, Amen. 🙏
🌱 TODAY'S REAL-LIFE LIFESTYLE TIP
Remember Your Previous Victories
When you feel discouraged today, write down three difficult things you have already overcome or three situations where you successfully kept going.
Then ask yourself:
“What did I learn from that experience?”
Your past doesn't have to define your future—but it can remind you that you have already learned how to keep going.
