It's a happy day for all especially when you can share it with 126 bridesmaids! A bride in Sri Lanka, Nisansala the Guinness World Record with her husband, Nalin, when they got married last November 8 in Negombo.

126 bridesmaids, all wearing purple dresses with white flowers, accompanied the bride on her special day. This beats the previous record of 96 bridesmaids. The famous sister of the bride was the brain behind the idea.The groom also had a strong representation with 25 best men and 20 page boys. Nisanala also had 23 flower girls.
