Two men were allegedly going to kill and castrate two men in Vermont last month and then make their way to New York City to abduct and kill Bieber and the pop star’s bodyguard. They tried to make contact with Bieber but were unsuccessful. One man was arrested in Vermont and the other was arrested in New York with pruning shears in his possession that he was allegedly going to use to castrate the two would be victims.
