Description
This is a delicious and easy dessert when you are going to have company, but don't have much time to prepare. It can be made a day or two in advance, saving you time on the day of the event. It's great to serve at holiday time.
Ingredients
- 1 3/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
- Filling:
- 8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 8 oz. carton frozen whipped topping, thawed, divided
- 3 - 4 medium firm bananas, sliced
- 1 3/4 c. cold milk
- 3.4 oz. package instant banana cream pudding mix
Steps
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9 inch springform pan or a 9 inch square baking pan.
- In a small bowl, combine cracker crumbs and sugar; stir in butter. Set aside 1/2 cup for topping.
- Press remaining crumb mixture onto the bottom and up the sides of the prepared baking pan. Bake 5-7 minutes. Cool on a wire rack.
