It’s been a week since Zack Snyder rocked the fanboys’ world by announcing a Batman/Superman movie in the Hall H of San Diego Comic Con. Warner Bros. and the creative people behind the film are all tight-lipped about the film’s plot, development, and other details. Here are few information I scoured that have slipped in the internet.

First off, fans won’t just be able to see the Dark Knight and the Man of Steel in a single frame, but the two greatest superheroes will be fighting each other for still an unknown reason, as writer David S Goyer confirms. It seems Snyder’s selected line from “The Dark Knight Returns” that was spoken by Harry Lennix in Comic Con is a perfect choice as it mirrors the clash between the two.

The fact that Warner Bros. has registered both Batmanvs.Superman.com and BatmanvsSupermanMovie.com confirms this claim by Goyer.

As for the actor who will don the Batsuit, it is still yet to be known, as The Dark Knight’s Christian Bale categorically confirms that he will not be returning as Batman and is willing to pass the candle to a new actor to play as the Caped Crusader.

On a brighter side, The Dark Knight trilogy director Christopher Nolan is slated to return as the movie’s producer, along with Zack Snyder and David S. Goyer as director and writer. With Nolan still around helming this film, there might still be hope for Bale to get back in the wagon.
