Upcoming flick “Jane Got a Gun” lost another heavyweight as Bradley Cooper announced he is unable to commit to his role.

On Thursday afternoon (May 2), the “Hangover” star released a statement, which read, “Regretfully, due to date conflicts between the film I am currently shooting for David O'Russell and ‘Jane Got a Gun,’ I am unable to join Natalie, Joel [Edgerton], Noah [Emmerich] and Gavin [O'Connor] on this truly exciting project.”

"I was really looking forward to being a part of it and hope to work with each and every one in the future,” Cooper adds.

Last month, reports claimed Bradley was set to replace Jude Law who had seemingly dropped out of the flick as well.

In addition, Michael Fassbender left the cast after claiming the leading male role, starring opposite Natalie Portman.

According to reports, producers are working around the clock to replace Cooper with a short list of Hollywood actors that include Jake Gyllenhaal, Tobey Maguire, Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Tom Hiddleston.
