What could be more impressive than a Cadbury Egg dessert for Easter? This is a must make to serve your guests after Easter dinner.
Ingredients
- 12 Oreo Spring Variety Cookies
- 4 c. marshmallows (about 2/3 of a 16 oz. bag)
- 2 T. water
- 3.4 oz. box French vanilla instant pudding
- 2 c. cold milk
- 6 oz. milk chocolate, chopped
- **yellow food coloring, if desired
- colorful sprinkles, for garnish if desired
Steps
- Pour marshmallows into a large microwave safe bowl; drizzle water on top; microwave for 1 minute. Remove; whisk to combine; set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine pudding mix and milk; beat with whisk for 2 minutes. Place in refrigerator until ready to use.
- Chop cookies; add to the bottom of 4 small trifle dishes. Add about ¼ c. marshmallow to each trifle, on top of Oreos. On top of marshmallows, add about 1/4 c. pudding to each one. Chop chocolate; sprinkle with chopped chocolate. Garnish each with a dollop of marshmallow and sprinkles.
