Ingredients

• 8 oz. sour cream
• 1/4 c. milk
• 1 c. butter, softened
• 2 c. sugar
• 4 large eggs
• 2 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
• 2 t. baking powder
• 1/2 t. salt
• 1 t. vanilla extract
• Caramel frosting:
• 1/3 c. sugar
• 1 T. all-purpose flour
• 2 1/2 c. sugar
• 1 c. milk
• 3/4 c. butter
• 1 t. vanilla extract

Steps

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Combine sour cream and milk.
3. Beat butter at medium speed with an electric mixer until creamy. Gradually add sugar, beating well. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating until blended after each addition.
