Things have gone from bad to worse for Columbus Short, who has just been issued a restraining order at the urging of his wife Tanee McCall.

According to a report, the “Scandal” star attacked his lady on April 7th, holding a knife to her throat and demanding information about an affair he suspected her of having.

When Tanee denied the accusation, Columbus allegedly told her he would kill her and then turn the knife on himself in a murder-suicide.

As a result, Short will be forced to move out of his family’s home and not have contact with McCall. They also have a two-year-old daughter named Ayala.

Back in March, Tanee withdrew the divorce petition she filed the previous September. She has since re-filed the paperwork.
