Day 1.(b): Matthew 3:8– “Bring forth therefore fruits meet for repentance.”

Comment:
John the Baptist thundered these words directly at the “generation of vipers.” Repentance is far more than sorrow or ritual—it must produce visible, lasting fruit. Many today claim faith yet live unchanged, mirroring the hypocrisy Jesus condemned.

As we journey toward the empty tomb, examine your daily life: Do your words, actions, relationships, and priorities reflect genuine turning from sin? Easter joy belongs to those whose repentance bears the fruit of righteousness, holiness, and obedience.

Ask the Holy Spirit to cultivate real change in you. Let this season mark a turning point where your life proves your repentance is authentic. The risen Christ deserves followers who bear much fruit for His glory.
