Description
This low-carb dish is full of flavor and makes a great appetizer, side dish or in a casserole.
Ingredients
- 1 large head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 T. extra-virgin olive oil
- salt, to taste
- 1/4 t. freshly ground black pepper
- 1 T. garlic clove, minced
- 1 t. paprika
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- fresh parsley, chopped
Steps
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- In a large bowl, add cauliflower florets, olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic and paprika; stir well to combine. Spread everything on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 15 minutes. Stir the florets; sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese; bake 15 more minutes.
