Description
This light, delicious salad dressing has all natural ingredients, no oils or sugar. It's low carb, low sodium and vegan.
Ingredients
- 2 ripe Anjou red pears, peeled, roughly chopped, seeds discarded
- 1 t. freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 6 fresh mint leaves, stems removed
- 1 t. marjoram
- 1 t. maple syrup
- 1 t. ginger, minced
- 1 t. salt, optional
- 2 t. water, optional
- 1 t. poppy seeds
Steps
- In a blender, place all ingredients, EXCEPT for the poppy seeds; blend on Low speed until fully blended.
- Add poppy seeds; mix with a spoon. Immediately transfer to a well sealed glass bottle.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving it in salads.
