Addicted to chocolate? You'll love this yummy decadent dessert then. It is quick to make and will satisfy those chocolate cravings.

Ingredients

• 1¼ c. granulated sugar, divided
• 1 c. all-purpose flour
• ½ c. Hershey’s Cocoa, divided
• 2 t. baking powder
• ¼ t. salt
• ½ c. milk
• ⅓ c. unsalted butter, melted
• 1½ t. vanilla extract
• ½ c. packed brown sugar
• 1¼ c. hot water
• whipped cream or vanilla ice cream, if desired for serving

Steps

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a 2 quart ceramic dish or a 9 x 9 inch baking pan. If it's a non-stick pan, no need to grease it.
2. Heat a pot of water on the stove to just under a simmer.
3. In the bowl of a stand mixer, combine 3/4 c. granulated sugar, flour, 1/4 c. cocoa, baking powder and salt. Stir in milk, melted butter and vanilla; mix until smooth.
