Jennifer Garner showed up at her daughter Violet's school in Santa Monica yesterday afternoon (April 15).

Jennifer looked cool and casual in an army greenpuffer vest with skinny jeans and sunglasses as she collected her youngster and walked back to her car.

Over the weekend, Jen took Violet along with siblings Seraphina and Samuel on a shopping spree and lunch outing for some family bonding.

As for their favorite free time activity, Garner told press her kids love to read books- “We love A Series Of Unfortunate Events by Lemony Snicket. My daughter Violet is so into the series, she talks about the Baudelaire kids like they are part of our family. It's a blast!”
