Mark Cuban, Texas billionaire and Mavericks owner, went to the Dallas Federal courthouse today to persuade the judge to throw out the U.S. lawsuit accusing him of insider trading.The SEC sued Cuban in 2008. The agency accused him of making illegal trades in shares of Internet search company Mamma.com Inc. in June 2004 based on inside information from its then-chief executive officer, Guy Faure. Cuban has said that the information Faure told him was not secret. To be continued....The judge will hear the arguments for both sides.
