Brandon Woodard, 31, was walking on West 58th Street, near Seventh Avenue, in mid-town Manhattan when he was shot in the back of the head by an unidentified assailant. Witnesses said the shooter calmly walked a few feet and then got into a waiting Lincoln Town Car. The victim is an LA native.
