This year’s San Diego Comic-Con has already been the most thrilling yet, and for Nina Dobrev and Benjamin McKenzie it seems there’s a little added bonus.

The “Vampire Diaries” dame and the “O.C.” hunk showed up at the Entertainment Weekly Comic-Con Celebration at the Hard Rock Hotel looking mighty friendly with one another.

Per a paparazzo, Nina and Ben shared an affectionate hug before hopping into the same taxi cab together and driving off together.

However, Mr. McKenzie is actually a good friend of Dobrev’s costar Paul Wesley so there may just be a close friendship between them.
