Parmesan Truffle Fries with Roasted Garlic Truffle Mayonnaise

Description

Elevate those frozen french fries to a new level with a little truffle oil, truffle salt and garlic. Then serve them with a wonderful truffle mayonnaise that is a must to try.

Ingredients

  • 1 head garlic
  • olive oil
  • 14 oz. frozen french fries (about half of bag)
  • ½ c. mayonnaise
  • ¼ t. salt
  • 1 T. truffle oil (available in specialty stores or online)
  • grated Parmesan cheese
  • truffle salt (available in specialty stores or online)

Steps

  1. Roasted Garlic:
  2. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  3. Cut the top off a head of garlic to expose the cloves; drizzle with olive oil; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Wrap completely in aluminum foil; place on a baking sheet. Bake for 45 minutes. Remove from oven to cool. Once cool enough to handle, turn garlic over; squeeze out cloves; chop finely; set aside.
