Treat family and friends with layers and layers of flavor with these amazing cookie bars. They are made with everyone's favorites, chocolate, peanut butter and caramel.

Ingredients

• Caramel Filling:
• 11 oz. bag vanilla caramels, unwrapped
• 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
• 4 T. butter
• Cookie Dough:
• 12 T. unsalted butter
• 2 c. light brown sugar
• 1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
• 2 eggs, at room temperature
• 1 T. vanilla
• 2 c. flour
• 1 c. old fashioned oats
• 2 1/2 t. baking powder
• 1 t. salt
• 2 c. chocolate chips
• 1 c. Reese's peanut butter chips
• 1 c. Heath toffee bits

Steps

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a 9x13 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
2. Place unwrapped caramels in a small saucepan with butter and sweetened condensed milk; cook over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, until caramels have fully melted and mixture is smooth.
3. Cream butter and sugar together in a large mixing bow; add peanut butter; continue mixing. Add eggs 1 at a time, mixing well after each egg; add vanilla.
