"Prisoners," is a suspense thriller starring Hugh Jackman, Jake Gyllenhaal, Maria Bello, Viola Davis, Terrence Howard, Paul Dano and Melissa Leo.
The film focuses on a father (Jackman) fighting to find his daughter after she goes missing with a friend (the onscreen daughter of Davis and Howard) outside their home on Thanksgiving Day.
"Prisoners," is directed by Canadian auteur Denis Villeneuve. Villeneuve's 2010 mystery film "Incendies" won the Oscar for Best Foreign Language Film.
