- Bottom Layer:

- Top Layer:

- 1/2 cup frozen raspberries

- 1/2 banana

- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt

- 1 tbsp chia seeds

- 1-2 tbsp milk

- Toppings:

- Banana slices

- Fresh raspberries

- 1 tsp chia seeds

Instructions:

1. *Prepare bottom layer:* Blend banana, yogurt, milk, and chia seeds.

2. *Prepare top layer:* Blend raspberries, banana, yogurt, chia seeds, and milk.

3. *Assemble:* Layer bottom and top mixtures in a jar.

4. *Top:* Add banana slices, fresh raspberries, and chia seeds.
